Radiant Gone Wild!

Radiant piping installation disaster. This system was installed in the summer of 2007. Contractor assured the customer that the system was ready to fire. The heating system did not work leaving the customer extremely hot or cold for the entire winter. The pictures that follow will tell the story.

This customer was not aware that the installer had no radiant heat installation experience. All piping, controls and wiring were installed incorrectly. Result - water was too hot traveling through the pex tubing destroying tile and wood flooring. Estimate cost of damages:   $15,000.00.

The far right picture shows how a floor can be destroyed by an inexperienced installer!!!  Liquid Tech Plumbing & Heating will always warranty their installations in writing.

This next project was located in Dix Hills Long Island.  Unfortunately our client could not adequately heat his home for 3 winters after the system was installed.  Within this 3 year period our client hired three other so called radiant experts to rectify the existing design flaws.
