Radiant Gone Wild!

Radiant piping installation disaster. This system was installed in the summer of 2007. Contractor assured the customer that the system was ready to fire. The heating system did not work leaving the customer extremely hot or cold for the entire winter. The pictures that follow will tell the story.

This customer was not aware that the installer had no radiant heat installation experience. All piping, controls and wiring were installed incorrectly. Result - water was too hot traveling through the pex tubing destroying tile and wood flooring. Estimate cost of damages:   $15,000.00.

The far right picture shows how a floor can be destroyed by an inexperienced installer!!! I guess they offered a sidewalk warranty! As soon as they left so did their warranty! Liquid Tech Plumbing & Heating will always warranty their installations in writing.

Liquid Tech Plumbing & Heating has removed all piping in boiler room to start their installation.

Liquid Tech is happy to start the installation of the new radiant manifold!
